Erica Andrews is a multimedia journalist, producer, editor, and communication specialist. She is a Southern California native, who has worked as a television reporter at PBS and NBC. She’s also written articles for The Malibu Times, The List, Patch, Tasting Table, Mashed, Princeton Echo, Food Republic, and Caring Magazine.
Erica has a master’s in Specialized Journalism from the University of Southern California. When she's not tirelessly working on stories, she can also be found at her favorite café drinking copious amounts of coffee or talking about her love of omelets. The role she is most proud of, however, is that of mom to her daughter Sophia.
